Rules and Conditions
To ensure a fun and safe experience for all guests, everyone must meet and follow the below rules.
- The minimum height required to ride is 36” tall when accompanied by an adult.
- Riders must be at least 52” tall to ride unaccompanied.
- Lap bar safety restraint devices must be able to be depressed to provide sufficient protection to riders. Individuals who are unable to be secured by the restraint system due to handicaps, extreme body shape or size, or ability to assume a normal seated position are not permitted on the ride.
- All guests should be in good health and free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggravated by this adventure.
- Guests with the following conditions are not permitted to ride:
- Heart conditions
- High blood pressure
- Back or neck pain
- Motion sickness, dizziness or epilepsy
- Sensitivity to flashing lights
- Claustrophobia
- Pregnancy
- Guests with pacemakers or heart disease should not ride.
- Guests who require assistance must be accompanied by a guardian who is capable of providing said assistance.
- Guests who are under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol may not ride. .
- Animals are not allowed on the ride. Please visit ADA.gov for justification on Exclusion of Service Animals (https://www.ada.gov/resources/service-animals-faqs/)
- No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere within the premises.
- Consumption of food and beverages is not allowed anywhere inside the ride.
- Guests must have loose hair, jewelry and clothing safely secured before boarding ride vehicles.
- Sharp, bulky items are not permitted on the ride.
- Knives, firearms and weapons of any kind are prohibited.
- Guests must remain seated at all times while aboard the ride vehicle.
- Hands, arms and feet must remain inside the ride vehicle at all times.
- Guests must wait until the ride vehicle comes to a complete stop before entering and exiting the ride vehicle, and may only do so when directed by staff.
- Photography and videography are allowed, but flash photography and selfie sticks are prohibited.
- Treasure Hunt: The Ride is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged within the attraction.
