GOLD PASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

This Very Important Pirate Gold Pass grants the passholder 'Unlimited' access to "Treasure Hunt: The Ride" exclusively on public operating days and discounted admission^** for three (3) guests per day. Guests must be present and accompanied by the passholder for discounted admission. Operating Schedule: Be advised that operating dates, hours, and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Exclusions: This pass is not valid for private parties, select events, or any other attractions. Admission Requirements: For admission, this pass must display a photo of the passholder, taken during the processing of the pass. Sales Policy: All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be permitted. This pass is not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit. Unauthorized Use: Use of this pass by anyone other than the individual whose name and photo are associated with the membership card will result in revocation of the pass without refund. Right to Deny Admission: Treasure Hunt: The Ride reserves the right to deny admission or revoke the pass if the passholder violates attraction safety protocols, and security guidelines, or fails to abide by these terms and conditions. A physical card copy of this pass is available for a small fee.

SILVER PASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
This “Very Important Pirate Silver Pass” grants the passholder “Unlimited” access to “Treasure Hunt: The Ride” exclusively on public operating days. Operating Schedule: Be advised that operating dates, hours, and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Exclusions: This pass is not valid for private parties, select events, or any other attractions.
